Tasty roast pork with a good crust, but the other dishes looked delicious too. Service nice, waiting time for food with a full house rather short.
Very nice atmosphere, great families with children too (indoor playroom in the guest room), great beer garden, delicious food
We ate there 4 times during our vacation. Always tasty, always good portions and friendly service. Very cozy atmosphere.
Actually quite okay; Choice of dishes not too big, some Bavarian specialties are included; priced rather high, quality appropriate. Friendly service, ambience in the large "hall" a bit special, sometimes loud ... Toilet facilities (as before) only in the basement!
Good food, friendly staff Personally, I think the chairs are a bit too small from the seat
You can have an excellent meal in a very cozy atmosphere and, for example, drink a fresh draft beer. The sauces are particularly noteworthy, as you can tell that they were made by yourself and that no finished product was used. We ordered duck and roast pork and, according to our impression, fresh and high-quality ingredients were used and also very well processed. We liked everything so much that we will definitely come back during our vacation. The waiters were also very friendly and attentive. Since the tables are currently far apart, it is advantageous to reserve in advance, we were lucky that there was still a space available, but we were there early. Children have also been thought of here, there is a nice playroom and extra dishes on the menu. So all in all, definitely worth 5 stars!
Very tasty food and nice service. We have filled ourselves well.
Very nice Bavarian restaurant. The menu could be a bit more detailed, as you have to ask for schnapps etc. and the waitresses don't know. Food came pretty quickly and was good. On the 2nd day there was a wedding in the ballroom so the service in the restaurant was partly overwhelmed. The cheese in the sausage salad was dry and the soups not hot.
Super friendly service, delicious food and everything went pretty quickly. Highly recommended, we will be back. The chirping of birds in the quiet village also rounded off the overall impression.
After all, there's still some room for improvement when eating. Beef goulash tastes perfect, but unfortunately sometimes useful. But would go again. Roast pork and dumpling trio are recommended. Ambience very nice and extremely friendly staff.
if's you're looking forward to ruining your best day of your life, then this is the place. we called to reserve a room for our legal wedding and after they told us the room is available, after 5 days they told us the room is already fully booked. And here we are at a short notice looking for an alternative restaurant for our wedding day. They said the person who told us the room is free for us on our desired day was not aware of the earlier reservation. Are they amateurs or what? DO YOU THINK THIS IS A GAME AND YOU CAN WITHDRAW FROM YOUR COMMITMENT ANY TIME YOU WANT???? YOU'D BETTER HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO A FUNDAMENTAL AND BASIC TASK WHICH IS TAKING RESERVATIONS!!!
More than disappointing. We were ignored for a long time, then it took 30 minutes from ordering to serving a simple sausage salad. The service was unfortunately inattentive and not always friendly. It's a shame that we fell into this tourist trap. We won't be back.
Unfortunately nothing is right here :-( At first we were ignored at all for 15 minutes, then we had to wait half an hour for a sausage salad. In general, the service does not run smoothly. There were 4 different waiters at the table, none of whom knew what the other was doing. After we were allowed to enjoy an average sausage salad, the bill didn't fit either. We won't be back.
First of all - the service was super friendly & fast. The play area is really great! The beer was great. But the food was unfortunately nothing. Very boring taste & the spaetzle not at all good. It's a shame, it's so beautiful! Maybe we were just unlucky.
Great restaurant, very quick and friendly staff. We had made a reservation, which was absolutely right, because the restaurant was well attended. Food great, drinks too. We sat in the beer garden. I would have liked to have had a chair cushion there. Was probably because Corona not possible, or I should have just asked? ? With great pleasure again.
Not so various food.but its ok
Food wasn't good! Dumplings were ready-made, taste was zero. All not seasoned. Every housewife cooks better there.
Simply good. What is left to say? The food was great. The staff as friendly as seldom experienced. I'm just excited!!!
Very nice pub with a great beer garden. The food tastes great and a lot of attention is paid to regionality. We always like to come back there.
Never seen a smaller sausage salad before. The price / performance ratio doesn't fit at all. The spaetzle with sauce are also not recommended.
Nice garden close to the lake but without view. Nice interior. Friendly service, delicious food! We will return!
Very good pub with excellent beer and friendly staff. The beer garden is in a courtyard with shade trees. The dishes are delicious and fresh. The price-performance ratio was great.
In the very nice beer garden, the distances are well implemented. Unfortunately we had to switch inside due to the thunderstorm coming up and in the dining room the tables are exactly as shown on the pictures on the homepage = ZERO change with regard to the currently applicable distance rules for the tables. Therefore, a visit to the interior is currently not recommended. It is of no use if the way to the toilet is marked as a one-way street and there are even waiting areas for possible oncoming traffic. Service was very friendly and quick with the drinks. To order food you have to draw attention to yourself. Average portions, which are served nicely.
Lovely restaurant owned by Paulaner brewery, great decor, surroundings and atmosphere. The staff and service were excellent. We had fish soup (local pike) & beef soup to start - very nice, followed by schnitzel (in pretzel crumbs) & a traditional pork and dumplings dish. Both were excellent. There's a huge event room for music or hire events/ festivals and plenty of outdoor space. Highly recommended. Menu shots were current at the time, but are updated periodically, so these are examples
